The perennial belief scale
What do we do when we don’t think we are enough?
The quality in which we respond to ALL of life — our opinions of what we are experiencing — is embedded with the notion that we’re only as good as “something” influenced us to believe we are.
There is a perennial scale within all of us & we judge our experiences by this scale.
It always comes back to how we feel about ourselves — our beliefs about our worthiness.
The degree to which we consider ourselves to be worthy — to be enough — is the very code in which we filter all our life events through.
Suffice to say, everyone’s code needs a rewrite. It’s the only way to heal the way we relate to life — to each-other. To everything.
